DTL Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Brand Store Manager for Aeon Bukit Mertajam to oversee daily retail operations and lead promotions.

You will coordinate store activities, drive sales performance, and ensure timely execution of launches while maintaining strong communication with the Brand Store Executive and HQ. The role requires 2 years of retail experience, a minimum SPM, and fluency in English, Malay and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or higher with 2 years of retail experience.
• Experience as a store manager is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English, Malay and Mandarin.
• Willing to work 6 days per week according to outlet schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail store operations.
• Conduct store assessments and meetings with promoters and implement action plans.
• Maintain clear communication with Brand Store Executive.
• Ensure store activities and launches follow the timeline.
• Propose store enhancement initiatives to improve customer experience.
• Coach promoters with customer service training on the ground.
• Address day-to-day operational issues raised by Brand Store Executive and HQ.
• Ensure store planograms and correspondences are executed according to guidelines.
• Capture best practices across stores and brainstorm improvements.
• Prepare proposals and reports for meetings.
• Monitor and support activities that contribute to sales performance.

AEON BUKIT MERTAJAM, JALAN ROZHAN, ALMA, SEBERANG PERAI TENGAH, 14000 BUKIT MERTAJAM, PULAU PINANG

Responsibilities :

• Aware of retail stores daily operations and matters
• Conduct store-assessment and meeting to promoters and follow up with action plans for improvements or maintenance.
• Maintain a healthy and productive communication with Brand Store Executive.
• Ensure store activities/opening/launching are in placed accordingly to the timeline.
• Propose various store enhancement initiatives to improve consumers experience.
• Coach and provide customer service training for promoters on the ground.
• Assist in solving day to day operational issues raised by Brand Store Executive and HQ Personnel.
• Ensure all correspondences store planogram are carried out effectively according to the guidelines.
• Capture best practice across all stores and brain storm for further implementation or enhancement.
• Prepare necessary proposal and reports for meetings.
• Monitor and support in all aspects that contributes to sales performance.

Requirements :

• Minimum SPM and above and with 2 years working experience preferably in retail industry (mobile/consumer electronics).
• Candidates with relevant strong working experience as store managers are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities verbal and written (able to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin).
• Willing to work 6 days per week based on outlet schedule.
