Job summary

Luxury Careers Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for AEON Bukit Indah to lead daily operations and propel sales in a busy retail environment.

You will coach a team to deliver outstanding customer service, manage opening/closing, and ensure store presentation, inventory, and loss prevention are maintained to brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably with supervisory or store leadership experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and extended hours when required.

Responsibilities

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting the overall success of the store. You'll lead and motivate the team to provide outstanding service, drive sales, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This includes overseeing opening and closing procedures, cash handling, store presentation, and maintaining a business-ready environment every day.
