Job summary

Rockwills Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a Marketing Support professional in Petaling Jaya to assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives, events, roadshows and workshops. You will coordinate registrations, documentation and reporting while providing administrative support to franchisees, customers and internal stakeholders.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related field, with at least 1 year in marketing.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year in Marketing or relevant experience.
• Proficient with MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong command of English; Mandarin preferred for Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, activities, events, roadshows and workshops.
• Coordinate registrations, documentation, reporting and other operational matters related to marketing programs.
• Provide administrative and customer support to franchisees, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve work processes, service quality and marketing effectiveness.
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotion activities and special projects.
• Assist the marketing team with ad-hoc assignments and special projects as directed by Management or supervisor.
