Job summary

Cheil Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Brand Experience Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of on-ground and online/live events aligned with annual brand campaigns. You will work with the Brand Experience team to deliver high-quality experiences, within budget, while exceeding client expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–7 years of experience in brand experience, experiential marketing, events, or integrated campaigns.
• Ability to translate client needs into experiential solutions and aligned executions.
• Experience managing end-to-end event production including budgeting and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary account servicing lead for assigned clients across Brand and Retail teams.
• Translate client business needs into actionable experiential solutions.
• Develop and present project proposals according to client briefs.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution from pre-planning to post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate client meetings, status updates, and reporting across project stages.
• Identify upsell opportunities and long-term partnership extensions with clients.
• Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Production, and Retail Marketing teams.
