Hatch Big Ideas Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Senior Brand Activation Executive to lead end-to-end events and brand activation campaigns for multinational clients. You will manage clients, vendors, and project stakeholders, ensuring creative solutions and on-schedule delivery.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in senior activation roles, strong communication skills, and a proactive team-player mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing/Communications/Event Management.
• 1+ year of relevant experience for Brand Activation Executive, 2+ years for Senior Brand Activation Executive.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.

Responsabilités

• Plan, manage, and execute events and brand activation campaigns from start to finish.
• Contribute ideas and solve creative challenges during brainstorming and development.
• Manage timelines, stakeholders, vendors, and on-ground execution for flawless delivery.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact, coordinating status updates and post-campaign reviews.
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
