Job summary

Calibre Events Solutions Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Client Services Executive to manage client accounts and coordinate FMCG activation campaigns, including roadshows and product launches. You will liaise with internal teams, vendors, and field staff to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities, with a willingness to travel for site visits and to manage multiple projects under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of experience in client servicing, FMCG activation, event management, or marketing agency or Fresh Graduate.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Ability to communicate in other dialects will be an added advantage
• Able to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Experience managing promoters or retail activation campaigns is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel for site visits when required. (must possess own transport - car)

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and build strong relationships with FMCG brand partners.
• Coordinate and execute FMCG activation campaigns including roadshows, product launches, sampling activities, and in-store promotions.
• Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and field teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Coordinate promoter/event crew deployment, briefing, and performance monitoring.
• Conduct site visits to ensure activation quality and compliance with client requirements.
• Prepare campaign reports, performance updates, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Handle client feedback, operational issues, and provide timely solutions.
