Assist in coordinating and executing public engagement programs, hospital activations and healthcare campaigns.

Maintain consistent follow-up on active projects to ensure timely milestones, track deliverables and perform necessary quality control checks.

Support relationship management with KOLs and medical advocates to coordinate educational content timelines.

Execute and monitor professional channel programs aimed at expanding brand awareness and driving lead-generation within the healthcare community.

Assist to identify and explore growth and market penetration opportunities across healthcare networks.

Assist in the planning, logistics coordination and on-site execution of relevant health events, medical conferences and trade exhibitions.

Actively scout for potential strategic partnerships and new business development avenues during field visits.

Assist with administrative tasks including invoice processing and tracking of project KPIs.

Liaise effectively with third-party agencies and health authorities to ensure timely project delivery.
