Job summary

Spritzer Group in Taiping, Perak, Malaysia, is seeking a detail-oriented Claims Analyst to review distributor claims, ensure accuracy, and maintain complete documentation. The role requires strong Excel skills and the ability to liaise with distributors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify claims submitted by distributors to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and guidelines.
• Ensure proper documentation and supporting materials are submitted for all claims.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to prevent errors in claim processing.
• Liaise with distributors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or incomplete claims.
• Track and monitor claim submissions and ensure timely processing.
• Support the trade marketing team in execution of campaigns and activities.
• Assist in preparation of reports, analysis, and documentation as required.
• Perform administrative and ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
