Responsibilities

• Own and shape YouTrip’s brand and content strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across channels.
• Lead the full content ecosystem across social, website, blogs, EDM, in-app content, and campaigns.
• Develop and manage the content roadmap translating priorities into engaging content.
• Drive social media strategy and day-to-day content planning, including platform strategy and calendars.
• Lead website and blog content planning, including SEO-led articles and product explainers.
• Plan and execute EDM and in-app campaign content in collaboration with product teams.
• Support integrated campaigns with messaging frameworks and channel adaptations.
• Guide creative and content production with designers, videographers, and agencies.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Support, and regional teams for aligned initiatives.
• Measure and report on brand and content performance to guide optimisation.
