Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional Certificate/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree, or Advanced Degree in related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Trustworthy, organized, ambitious.
• Ability to speak Mandarin (added advantage)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the branch, including scheduling, workflow delegation, and facility maintenance.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate branch staff to maximize productivity and maintain high morale.
• Monitor key performance and prepare regular reports on branch performance, inventory, and budgets for upper management.
