The successful candidate will supervise front-line operations, coach staff, and ensure timely regulatory reporting while maintaining high service standards for customers at a busy Kuala Lumpur branch.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily branch operations and front-line sales and service.
• Mentor and develop staff performance through coaching and feedback.
• Maintain high standards of operational control and audit compliance.
• Provide efficient service to meet customers’ banking needs.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and initiatives.
• Ensure timely submission of regulatory reporting (Cash BOP, KRCSA and KORI).
• Adhere to the Bank’s policies, guidelines and regulations and maintain stakeholder relationships.
