Job summary

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily branch operations, including frontline supervision and handling banking transactions.
• Manage staff performance, coaching, mentoring and training.
• Maintain high standards of operational control and audit compliance.
• Provide efficient service to meet customers' banking needs.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and initiatives.
• Ensure timely submission of regulatory reporting (Cash BOP, KRCSA, KORI).
• Comply with Bank policies, guidelines and regulations at all times.
