Job summary

Rentokil Initial in Malaysia is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to lead the branch team, drive service delivery, and ensure safe, efficient operations across the region. You will translate business strategies into daily execution by guiding Service Managers and Supervisors and delivering on KPI targets.

The role emphasizes people leadership, planning, governance, and CAPA implementation, with responsibilities including manpower deployment, route optimization, KPI reviews, and service quality

Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor Degree in any related field with at least 5 years relevant Service Management/Supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership qualities with planning, organizing and problem solving ability.
• Able to work in dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Possess own vehicle and Malaysian resident status is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily branch operations to ensure service commitments are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.
• Manage manpower deployment, route optimisation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate operational activities across Service Managers and Service Supervisors.
• Monitor daily operational performance and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure operational readiness to support business growth and customer requirements.
• Lead weekly KPI reviews and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Lead operational investigations and service recovery for customer complaints within delegated authority.
