Job summary

Rentokil Initial (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Service Manager to lead the Service Department at the Shah Alam branch. You will manage service delivery, fleet, stocks, and administration while driving safety, quality and customer satisfaction across all hygiene services.

The role requires strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills, with a minimum of a bachelor degree and 5 years of supervisory experience in service management.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor Degree in any related field with at least 5 years relevant Service Management/Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the Service Department to fulfil contractual obligations within the service budget.
• Ensure all service vehicles are maintained and fuel usage, driver logs, and safety equipment registers are tracked.
• Plan, organize and prioritize workload; ensure route coverage and timely completion of services.
• Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with supervisors and technicians; provide status reports on state of service, issues and KPI.
• Recruit, induct and develop service staff; maintain morale and alignment with company objectives.
• Coordinate service training, QC, and audits; address client complaints within 24 hours when required.
• Oversee stock issuance, returns, and monthly stock takes; ensure proper tools and safety equipment availability.
