Job summary

RHB Group is seeking a Branch Head in Malaysia to lead sales and operations at the Johor branch. You will drive annual sales targets, oversee products across lending, wealth, deposits and capital markets, and ensure high service quality.

Lead a team, implement branch plans, coach staff, and maintain compliance with bank policies. Build relationships with affluent and SME clients while ensuring operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading branch sales and operations teams.
• Ability to set and monitor sales targets and coach staff.
• Strong customer service focus and complaint resolution skills.
• Knowledge of bank policies, compliance and audit requirements.
