Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking a Service & Operations Executive (Branch Operations) in Puchong to handle daily branch transactions and uphold service standards in line with bank objectives.

You will serve as Chief Cashier/Relief Chief Cashier, manage cash holdings and SST loading, address first-line inquiries and complaints, and provide support in the absence of the Service & Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum Diploma qualification in banking/finance or related field

Responsibilities

• Process and handle day-to-day branch transactions
• Ensure service quality standards in the branch
• Act as Chief Cashier/Relief Chief Cashier and manage cash holdings, balancing, SST loading
• Handle and support first line resolution of enquiries and complaints
• Relief in absence of Service & Operations Manager
