Job summary

Prestige Carcare Group is seeking a Project & Facilities Executive to lead end-to-end development of new branches and service centers across Malaysia. You will collaborate with management, contractors, vendors and authorities to deliver on time, within budget and to spec.

You will oversee site planning, fit-out, licensing, procurement and handover, while supporting ongoing facility upgrades and maintenance for existing locations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Facilities Management, Construction, Engineering, Property/Building Management or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in new branch/outlet opening, renovation, fit-out or facilities projects is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to automotive workshop, service center, showroom, dealership or multi-branch operations will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and M&E works.
• Familiar with contractor coordination, quotations, site inspections and project timelines.
• Exposure to business licensing, local council requirements and building-management approvals is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support end-to-end development, renovation, setup and opening of new branches, workshops, service centers, offices and premises.
• Act as key coordinator between Management, contractors, consultants, vendors, building management and authorities to meet timelines, budgets and specs.
• Coordinate fresh branch openings from site planning to handover with compliance and operating requirements.
• Source, liaise with contractors and suppliers, obtain quotations and monitor costs and workmanship.
• Coordinate electrical, lighting, M&E works and ensure proper coordination with specialists.
• Coordinate licenses, permits, approvals with local authorities and property managers.
• Monitor progress with regular site visits and escalate delays with corrective actions.
• Prepare budgets, purchase orders and ensure cost-control and approvals for variations.
• Coordinate snag lists, handover and operational readiness for each branch.
• Support ongoing facility maintenance and improvements across existing locations.
