Job summary

Edaran Otomobil Nasional Berhad is seeking a capable Facilities/Property Manager to support the implementation of network expansion and growth initiatives across multiple branches in Malaysia. You will coordinate new branch development, renovations, relocations, and facility improvements to align with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as specified or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Knowledge of tenancy management and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support network expansion and growth initiatives aligned with company objectives.
• Coordinate and manage branch development, renovation, relocation, and facility improvements.
• Monitor and maintain dealership facilities, including M&E systems and safety upgrades.
• Ensure SHE compliance and regulatory standards are met.
• Manage tenancy matters, leases, renewals, and landlord coordination.
• Assist in project planning, execution, monitoring and closure within scope, time, and budget.
• Prepare project reports and progress updates for management review.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and authorities for project implementation.
• Monitor expenditures and processing of procurement and payments.
• Maintain licenses, permits, safety certifications, and other compliance items.
• Maintain records for projects and facility-related matters.
• Conduct site visits nationwide as required to support operations and projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
