Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Retail Manager to oversee daily boutique operations in a Kuala Lumpur store. You will lead and coach a jewellery sales team to achieve sales targets, while delivering exceptional customer service and a premium shopping experience.

You will drive performance through clienteling, monitor KPIs, and maintain visual merchandising and inventory standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and retail procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail management, preferably in jewellery, luxury goods, or premium retail.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.

Commission: Based on store performance, with commission making up approximately 30% of the overall salary package
Variable Bonus: Twice a year, before Chinese New Year and mid-year
Working Schedule: Retail hours, 2 days off per week
