Job summary

CHJ Jewellery (M) Sdn Bhd in Putrajaya is seeking a passionate Jewellery Branch Manager to lead our retail store operations and drive business performance. You will manage daily sales, coach a diverse team, and ensure outstanding customer experiences.

The role requires a proven track record in jewellery or premium retail, strong leadership, and hands-on skills in inventory, stock control, and loss prevention. You’ll identify opportunities, set targets, and motivate the team to exceed them.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience in jewellery, luxury goods, or premium retail.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate, coach, and develop a sales team.
• Customer-focused with ability to build long-term relationships.
• Strong operational skills including inventory management, stock control and loss prevention.
