Responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership: Drive revenue growth, gross profit targets, budget allocation, and cost optimization initiatives to ensure total branch profitability.
• Multimodal operations management: Oversee end-to-end freight forwarding execution across sea, air, and road to maintain high service quality and efficiency.
• Commercial & business growth: Execute strategic market plans, expand market presence, and directly manage key client accounts and commercial negotiations.
• Leadership & talent development: Recruit, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams across sales, operations, and customer service to foster a high-performance culture.
• Process optimization & compliance: Enhance operational workflows, evaluate carrier and vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
