Job summary

Esteem Energy Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a Branch Manager based in Central to ensure smooth operations of the Central Branch, lead site technical teams on project execution, monitor progress, and uphold company policies and best practices.

The role requires a degree in Electrical and Instrumentation, at least 7 years in the field, and a minimum of 1 year in a managerial position, with strong English communication and client relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical and Instrumentation or related field.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in Electrical and Instrumentation.
• Minimum 1 year' experience as Manager.
• Able to build good client relationships.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Able to collaborate with all levels of personnel.
• Own transport.
• Proficient in MS Office/Project/PowerPoint and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Report to Operation Manager.
• Ensure smooth operation of Central Branch.
• Report and produce information to supervisor related to daily maintenance job.
• Manage site technical teams on execution of projects.
• Monitor the progress of projects.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports including updates.
• Ensure good project management.
• Ensure compliance of team with policies and best practices of company.
