Job summary

ESTEEM ENERGY ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. is seeking a Finance Manager based in Kemaman, Terengganu to lead the finance team, oversee monthly P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and year-end audit readiness.

You will manage SST, LHDN, SOCSO compliance, AR/AP, and prepare the annual report. A degree in Accounting/Finance, 3–5 years’ experience, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint and QNE are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of QNE or similar finance system.
• Degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance team and manage team performance.
• Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash flow analysis.
• Complete month-end closing and statutory reporting.
• Verify invoices from clients and to suppliers.
• Ensure SST, LHDN, SOCSO compliance and audit readiness.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Team leadership in managing team performance of finance department
• Financial reporting & analysis in preparing monthly P&L, Balance sheet, cash flow, analyse variance and give insights to management
• Perform month end closing activities on company’s finance matters
• Perform invoice verification from client and to suppliers
• To prepare annually report for audit purposes
• Cash flow management which included monitor AR/AP, working capital and banking facilities
• Ensure compliance to SST, LHDN, SOCSO, audit compliance is on time
• Prepares full set of account (QNE Accounting)
• Report on daily basis to Managing Director any related matters on finance.
• To check invoices, bills, vouchers or documents for corrections before entering into records.

REQUIREMENT

• Candidates must possess knowledge in QNE or any related finance system
• Candidate must possess at least a good Degree in Accounting / Finance- Capable in applying for Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Have at least 3-5 years relevant working experience is preferred
• Good written and verbal communication skills and proficient in the English
• A good team player and be able to establish effective and good working relationship with all levels
• Able to work under pressure.
• Self-motivated & independent.
• Posses' positive attitude, excellent presentation & communication.
