Job summary

Galeri Hajra Collection – Senawang, Negeri Sembilan is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to drive sales and manage daily operations at the Negeri Sembilan branch. You will lead, motivate and supervise the sales and services team, ensuring staff productivity and discipline while aligning with company SOPs.

The role also covers planning and executing the business plan, improving branch performance, recruiting and training sales staff, and delivering monthly reports to management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team and achieving targets.
• Ability to supervise daily branch operations and staff.
• Strong focus on customer service and inventory control.
