Job summary

Ariani Textiles & Manufacturing in Johor Bahru is seeking a dynamic sales leader to head the branch team and drive revenue growth. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, leading daily operations, and maintaining high service standards across the boutique and customer base.

You will recruit, train, and monitor a team of salespeople, implement business plans, and report performance to management, ensuring SOPs are followed and profitability improves.

Responsibilities

• Drive and lead sales targets at the branch
• Oversee branch daily operational and administrative activities
• Lead, motivate and supervise the sales and services team, manage staff productivity and discipline
• Planning and execution of Company’s business plan
• Drive and improve branch performance in terms of sales revenue, market share and profitability
• Recruit and train a team of salesperson
• Monitors the performance of the sales team
• Manage the branch inventory, boutique and sales processing
• Managing customer satisfaction to desired company standards
• Produce monthly sales reports and attend Management meetings
• Ensure compliance with company processes and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure)
