Job summary

Galeri Hajra Collection – Senawang, Negeri Sembilan is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to drive sales and manage daily operations at the Negeri Sembilan branch. You will lead, motivate and supervise the sales and services team, ensuring staff productivity and discipline while aligning with company SOPs.

The role also covers planning and executing the business plan, improving branch performance, recruiting and training sales staff, and delivering monthly reports to management.

Responsibilities

• Drive and lead sales team to achieve targets set by the company.
• Branch daily operational and administrative activities.

• Planning and execution of Company’s business plan.
• Drive and improve branch performance in terms of sales revenue, markets share and profitability.
• Recruit and train a team of salesperson.
• Monitors the performance of the sales team.
• Manage the branch inventory, boutique and sales processing.
• Managing customer satisfaction to desired company standards.
• Produce monthly sales reports and attend Management meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure).
