You will supervise customer interactions, ensure 5S standards, and enforce warranty procedures, with opportunities to handle ad-hoc strategic tasks and branch-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in managing a car service workshop (authorised dealership) with 5–10 years of experience.
• Good English speaking and writing proficiency.
• Strong managerial and administrative skills.
• Able to lead and motivate the service team to improve performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems.
• Able to travel as and when needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed target/KPI for the branch.
• Organise and coordinate daily workload and work distribution of all service staff.
• Manage performance and ensure quality of work.
• Conduct regular operations briefing with the service team.
• Handle customers and resolve difficult and serious complaints.
• Enhance company image and customer satisfaction ratings.
• Ensure premises are clean, well maintained and 5S compliant.
• Understand and enforce warranty and policy procedures at the branch.
• Oversee administrative activities of the division as needed.
• Manage overall operations of the branch and undertake ad-hoc assignments from upper management.
