Job summary

VB INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, drive performance, and ensure service quality at the Miri branch.

You will lead and coach the branch team, plan work, manage schedules, and pursue sales targets while ensuring safety and adherence to procedures. Experience in automotive or building tint is advantageous, and a valid Malaysian Class D driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a team or business operation.
• Strong sales, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to plan work, set priorities, and take responsibility for branch results.
• Comfortable handling operational records and performance reports.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in automotive tint, building tint, or a related industry is an advantage.
• Preferred Male.
