Responsibilities

• Achieve overall Branch Sales Targets including various financial products.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
• Foster a customer-centric culture within the branch.
• Manage branch manpower planning and ongoing training.
• Participate in special projects organized by Head Office.
