Job summary

RHB Group in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Manager to drive business planning and maximize sales targets across the staff. The role will involve coaching, market campaigning, and building local business networks to support banking product cross-sell strategies such as ASB, PF-i, and credit cards.

Responsibilities include meeting KPIs, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with bank policies while leading recruitment and retention efforts for the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage business plan to maximize sales and achieve targets and KPIs.
• Establish and ensure sales targets are met by all staff.
• Personally solicit and drive sales to ensure team overall objectives/sales are maximized.
• Motivate, guide and coach sales staff.
• Jointly develop and plan for marketing and sales campaigns.
• Leverage on community relationships to maximize sales.
• Develop and maintain a network of local business contacts.
• Cross selling of other retail banking such as ASB, PF-i, Credit Cards and etc.
