Job summary

Baba Products (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support loading/unloading, inventory synchronization, and reporting. You will handle stock counting, SAP postings, and preparation of periodical reports for the branch and HQ.

The role involves day-to-day warehouse tasks, with emphasis on accuracy and timely reporting to Branch Control Dept. Training will be provided for SAP processes and invoice handling.

Qualifications

• Experience with stock counting and inventory reconciliation.
• Familiar with SAP for posting and reporting.
• Ability to prepare branch, daily and monthly reports.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload goods and support warehouse operations until inventory synchronization is complete.
• Generate and submit weekly/monthly reports to Branch Control.
• Maintain accuracy of invoices, receipts and cash handling as applicable.
