Job summary

Jubin BMS (1990) Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent Warehouse Support to maintain picture records and assist in receiving, checking, and moving goods in and out of the warehouse. You will help investigate stock imbalances, support stock transfers between locations, and communicate delivery statuses to customers while keeping accurate MR-based stock records.

The role involves warehouse admin duties, coordinating with departments, and ensuring records are updated promptly.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, STPM or Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in any discipline.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Patient, resilient, and able to work well under pressure.
• Computer literate and familiar with basic computer software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Willing to work 5.5 days per week (Alternate Saturday).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Upload and maintain records of picture related to warehouse activities, including damaged/broken tiles and container unloading.
• Assist in receiving, checking, handling, and arranging the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse.
• Assist in checking and investigating stock imbalances to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assist in stock transfer activities between locations or warehouses.
• Communicate with customers and provide accurate, up-to-date information on order and delivery status, including estimated delivery times.
• Record incoming stock accurately into the system through (MR)
• Perform general warehouse administrative duties and maintain proper documentation and records.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and relevant departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure warehouse records and inventory information are updated accurately and on time.
