Job summary

Sime Darby Industrial Sdn Bhd is seeking an organized Assistant to the Head of Branch to support daily administrative and accounting duties, monitor vehicle usage, manage insurance, road tax and repairs for department vehicles, and ensure compliance with company policies.

The role requires collaboration with other departments, budget preparation, and assistance with the internal budget process under the Head, Branch.

Qualifications

• Assist Head, Branch in the monitoring of proper usage of company’s vehicles and monitoring the insurance coverage, roadtax and repairs of the various department vehicles.
• Liaise with other departments on all personnel and administrative function assigned by the Head, Branch.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head, Branch in the preparation of Account/Administration Department internal budge after consultation with Head, Branch.
