Job summary

LUNÓRA Wellness Studio is a premium boutique wellness destination located in Setia Alam, Shah Alam. We are seeking an experienced Wellness Studio Manager to lead our pre-opening preparations, oversee daily operations, manage our team and drive membership growth.

The role requires strong leadership, a hands-on mindset and a deep network within the Malaysian Pilates, Yoga and boutique fitness community. You will coordinate class schedules, bookings, and member services to deliver a premium member

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of management experience in Pilates, Yoga, Boutique Fitness or Wellness Studio operations.
Strong connections within the Malaysian Pilates, Yoga and boutique fitness industry are highly desirable.
Direct experience managing a Pilates Reformer or Yoga studio is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily studio operations and manage class schedules across Pilates, Yoga, and related offerings.
Coordinate instructors, reception staff and support teams; ensure smooth bookings and membership management.
Lead pre-opening preparations, recruit and onboard staff, and drive membership growth and revenue targets.
Monitor customer experience and service quality, addressing issues to maintain a premium environment.
