Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including travel agencies, corporate partners, and event planners.
• Respond to sales enquiries promptly; prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts for travel agencies, government, and corporate clients.
• Convert wedding enquiries; coordinate with couples and planners on packages, site visits, and event day execution.
• Manage reservations, rates, availability, and occupancy using hotel software; optimize revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Plan and execute sales trips to target markets; attend industry events and present the hotel offerings.
