Proactive Sales: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including travel agencies, corporate partners, and event planners. Develop and execute sales strategies and send to meet revenue targets.
Enquiry Handling: Respond to sales enquiries promptly; prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts for travel agencies, government, and corporate clients.
Wedding Sales: Convert wedding enquiries; work with couples and wedding planners on packages, site visits, and on-the-day execution, liaising with F&B, banquet, and operations to ensure flawless delivery.
Reservation Management: Handle room reservations, including group bookings and special packages. Utilize hotel management software to manage rates, availability, and occupancy to optimize revenue. Have experienced in SiteMinder and IDB PMS is additional benefit.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Provide personalized service to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Trips: Plan and execute sales trips to target markets, attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase the hotel's offerings and secure new business.
Collaborative Approach: Work closely with the front office team, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Coordinate with other sales team members to cross-promote hotel offerings.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on sales performance, revenue trends, and reservations. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for growth.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating special events, conferences, and group bookings, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Have driving license and able to drive long distance for sales trip
