Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in hotel sales, customer service, administration or hospitality industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiries and provide customer service via telephone, email, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and contracts for customers.
• Coordinate corporate and government client meetings, events and room requirements.
• Maintain sales records, databases and documentation; assist monthly sales reports.
• Support sales team with promotions, exhibitions, roadshows and client follow-ups.
