Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or at least 1 year experience in manufacturing document control
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Knowledge of MRP System will be added advantage
• Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO 13485
• Ability to communicate effectively with various levels
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the position

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of the computerized Bill of Materials to control the BOM process
• Support Document Control Section, Other Departments and Overseas Document Control Section on BOM System
• Distribute and update Engineering Documents, including ECOs and AMAs
• Drive system enhancements towards smart factory or digital transformation
