Job summary

JHM Consolidation Berhad in Kedah is seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to oversee control of documents and records within the ISO 9001 framework. You will maintain master lists, filing registers, and archiving registers while ensuring accurate identification and distribution of drawings and documentation.

The role requires SPM/STPM or higher in management/engineering, strong communication, and the ability to multitask.

Qualifications

• SPM/STPM/Diploma/Certificate in Management/Engineering (or a related field).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Able to perform Data Computation and simple analysis(Pareto/Chart/Others).
• Sufficient in Power Point, Excel and Words.
• Pass in Mathematic (SPM).
• Basic understanding and knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO 14001.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the control of documents as per the relevant documented procedure for Control of Documents and Records.
• To maintain the Master List of Documents, Filing Register and Archiving Register.
• To safe keep any identification stamp.
• Monitor and coordinate the control of records, including the filing and archiving of records.
• To assist company to achieve & maintain the QMS ISO 9001.
• To carry out other assignment required by superior.
• Attention to detail, Coordinates the revision, review, and approval of SOP, ECN, QM editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date and numbering & identification of documents.
• Ensure all drawings/documentation are correctly identified, distributed and filed.
• Filing and organization of documents (both electronic and / or hardcopies).
