Qualifications

• Knowledge of MRP System will be added advantage
• Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO 13485
• Ability to communicate effectively with various levels
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

About the role

We are seeking a diligent and organised Document Control Officer to join our team at TDK-Lambda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Senai, Johor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for maintaining and coordinating the company's document control system, ensuring the accurate and efficient management of all important records and documentation.

What you'll be doing

Responsible for maintenance of the computerized Bill of Material to control the total of BOM process.

Responsible to support Document Control Section, Other Department and Overseas Document Control Section on BOM System.

Practice and implement in accordance with the requirements of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO13485.

To distribute and update Engineering Documents, including Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and Alternative Material Applications (AMA).

System enhancement towards smart factory or digital transformation.

What we're looking for

Possess bachelor’s degree in related field or at least 1 year experience in manufacturing document control function.

Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

Knowledge of MRP System will be added advantage.

Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO 13485.

Ability to communicate effectively with varoious level.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
