Farm Fresh Central is seeking a Boiler Operator to operate and monitor steam boilers and related equipment in a manufacturing setting in Malaysia. You will perform daily inspections, monitor pressure and water quality, and ensure safety and efficiency in all boiler operations.
The role requires a valid Steam Boiler Operator Grade 2 certificate (DOSH/JKKP) and 2–3 years of relevant experience, with willingness to work in shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Operate and monitor steam boilers and associated equipment safely and efficiently.
Conduct daily inspection of boiler, burners, pumps, valves, gauges and other related equipment.
Monitor boiler pressure, temperature, water level and other operating parameters.
Ensure adequate boiler water treatment and maintain proper water quality.
Conduct boiler blowdown and other routine boiler operating activities as required.
Start up and shut down the boiler according to approved operating procedures.
Monitor fuel consumption and boiler operating efficiency.
Check and maintain boiler feedwater, condensate and chemical dosing systems.
Carry out routine cleaning, lubrication and basic maintenance of boiler equipment.
Identify abnormal conditions, equipment faults or unsafe situations and report them immediately.
Maintain accurate boiler operating logs, readings, inspection records and maintenance records.
Assist maintenance personnel and contractors during boiler servicing and repair activities.
Ensure the boiler room is clean, safe and properly maintained at all times.
Follow all company Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) requirements.
Ensure operation is carried out in accordance with applicable DOSH requirements and the conditions of the boiler Certificate of Fitness.
Immediately report boiler breakdowns, leaks, abnormal pressure, overheating or other unsafe conditions to the supervisor/engineer.
Perform any other duties related to boiler operation and utilities as assigned by management.

Minimum qualification: SPM / SKM / Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering or related field.
Valid Steam Boiler Operator Grade 2 competency certificate recognized by DOSH/JKKP.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in boiler operation or a manufacturing/industrial environment is preferred.
Experience operating steam boilers, preferably in a manufacturing, food processing, dairy or similar industry.
Good understanding of boiler operation, safety procedures and basic troubleshooting.
Able to read and record pressure, temperature, water level and other boiler parameters.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and able to work in a hot industrial environment.
Willing to work on shift, weekends and public holidays when required.
Good discipline, safety awareness and responsibility.
