Job summary

Eetarp Power (M) Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru, Malaysia is seeking a skilled BMS Engineer to coordinate on-site BMS integration, manage projects, and develop control system documentation.

You will test, commission, train customers, and support troubleshooting while traveling overseas for projects; Ignition Platform and WinCC OA experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experienced in HVAC system integration with BMS.
• Familiar with chilled water systems, AHUs and FCUs.
• Skilled in monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing HVAC operations via BMS (alarms, trend analysis, setpoint adjustment).
• Knowledge of PLCs, sensors, actuators, and control logic for HVAC automation.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis on HVAC faults using BMS data.
• Willing to travel overseas for projects.

Job Scopes

Coordinate BMS integration work on site, as well as site works with subcontractor

Project management and attend project meeting

Prepare engineering documentation including point schedules, control panel layouts, control logic sequences, as well as system architecture diagrams.

Provide testing and commissioning services

Database management for SQL, MS SQL and Microsoft access

Prepare and submit operations and maintenance manuals

Provide training to customers

Projects implementation and troubleshooting

Requirements

Experienced in HVAC system integration and control using BMS, including chilled water systems, AHUs, and FCUs

Skilled in monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing HVAC operations through BMS platforms (e.g., alarm handling, trend analysis, setpoint adjustment)

Familiar with PLCs, sensors, actuators, and control logic for HVAC automation

Ability to perform root cause analysis on HVAC faults using BMS data and field verification

Strong analytical mind
