Job summary

LanTro (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a BIM Modeller to develop detailed 3D BIM models for M&E systems using Revit, and to coordinate across disciplines for seamless integration on site.

The role involves producing accurate shop drawings and construction documentation, performing clash detection, and ensuring BEP adherence. Strong communication and on-site coordination willingness are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on BIM modelling for M&E systems.
• Proficient in Revit; familiarity with Navisworks or AutoCAD is a plus.
• Strong understanding of M&E systems and coordination with other building disciplines.
• Experience in producing shop drawings and construction documentation.
• Knowledge of clash detection processes and issue resolution techniques.
• Able to interpret and adhere to BIM Execution Plans and project standards.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

• Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and other disciplines to ensure proper integration and minimize clashes


• Produce accurate shop drawings, schedules, and construction documentation from BIM models


• Perform clash detection and proactively resolve coordination issues


• Ensure all models comply with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project-specific standards

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in BIM modelling for M&E systems


• Proficient in Revit; familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar software is an added advantage


• Strong understanding of M&E systems and coordination with other building disciplines


• Experience in producing shop drawings and construction‑related documentation


• Knowledge of clash detection processes and issue resolution techniques
