Job summary

Radical Internetwork Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented BIM Modeller to support drafting, drawing preparation, and technical documentation for ongoing projects in Cyberjaya.

You will prepare, revise and maintain technical drawings and coordinate with engineers, project teams, and site personnel to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements, standards, and ISO procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Drafting, Architecture, Technical Drawing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of drafting/technical drawing experience or fresh graduates with strong drawing knowledge accepted.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/SketchUp/SolidWorks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, revise, and update technical drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and related documentation.
• Produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings based on project requirements and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, project teams, subcontractors, and site personnel regarding drawing requirements and revisions.
• Assist in preparing drawing submissions for client review and approval.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of drawings and revisions; ensure version control.
• Ensure drafting works comply with company standards, project specifications, and ISO requirements.

Job description

Radical Internetwork Sdn Bhd is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive BIM Modeller to support drafting, drawing preparation, and technical documentation activities for ongoing projects in Cyberjaya.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, revising, and maintaining technical drawings and coordinating closely with engineers, project teams, and site personnel to ensure drawings are accurate and aligned with project requirements.

Responsibilities

Drafting & Technical Drawing

Prepare, revise, and update technical drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and related documentation.

Produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings based on project requirements and specifications.

Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, technical requirements, and company procedures.

Review drawings and identify inconsistencies, missing information, or potential technical issues.

Maintain proper version control and ensure latest drawings are distributed accordingly.

Coordination & Project Support

Coordinate with engineers, project teams, subcontractors, and site personnel regarding drawing requirements and revisions.

Assist in preparing drawing submissions for client review and approval.

Support project teams by providing drafting updates and technical drawing coordination.

Attend project discussions or coordination meetings when required.

Follow up on drawing comments, revisions, and approvals to ensure project timelines are met.

Documentation & Filing

Maintain proper documentation and filing of drawings, revisions, and technical records.

Ensure all project drawing files are organized and updated systematically.

Assist in preparing drawing registers, trackers, and submission records.

Compliance & Quality

Ensure drafting works comply with company standards, project specifications, and ISO requirements.

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to drafting workflows and documentation processes.

Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of project drawings and technical information.

Others

Perform ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

Comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Drafting, Architecture, Technical Drawing, or related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in drafting, technical drawing, or project support functions.

Fresh graduates with strong technical drawing knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting software such as Revit, SketchUp, or SolidWorks will be an added advantage.

Good understanding of technical drawings, layouts, and project documentation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks within project timelines.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Willing to travel or be stationed at project sites when required.
