Job summary

Sunray Construction & Interior Sdn Bhd is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead multidisciplinary model coordination on on-site projects in Cyberjaya, Selangor. You will ensure BIM models are accurate, aligned with project requirements, and maintained across architectural and MEP disciplines.

You will set up and maintain BIM models, oversee clash detection, support BIM standards, and train project teams in BIM workflows to deliver high-quality built environment solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong BIM Coordination skills, including experience leading multidisciplinary model integration and clash resolution.
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows for design, documentation, and coordination.
• Knowledge of Architecture principles and standards related to interior fit-out and built environment projects.
• Understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their integration within BIM models.
• Project Management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating deliverables across teams.
• Experience with common BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent) and model collaboration platforms.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work on-site within a fast-paced project environment.

This is a full-time, on-site BIM Coordinator role located in Cyberjaya, Selangor. The BIM Coordinator will manage and coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across architectural and MEP disciplines, ensuring that models are accurate, consistent, and aligned with project requirements.

Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining BIM models, overseeing clash detection and design coordination, and supporting project teams in implementing BIM standards and workflows. The role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers, preparing and updating BIM documentation, and providing technical support and training on BIM tools where needed.

The BIM Coordinator will also assist in planning and tracking project deliverables, contributing to efficient project execution and quality outcomes.
