Job summary

Accesstech Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled MEP drafter to create detailed 2D and 3D models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and BIM tools. The role requires accurate modelling, dimensional fidelity, and adherence to project standards.

Qualifications

• Certificate in AutoCAD Autodesk advanced module.
• Certificate in Revit MEP Autodesk advanced module.
• Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of MEP drafting experience using AutoCAD, Revit and BIM, preferably in construction.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure, with team collaboration.
• Proficient in English for interaction with site and BIM teams.

Responsibilities

• Create 2D/3D models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using Revit, AutoCAD MEP, or BIM tools.
• Generate construction documents, drawings, and shop drawings from models for on-site use.
• Identify and resolve clashes between MEP and building elements using clash detection tools.
• Ensure all MEP components are accurately modeled with correct dimensions and materials.
• Review models and drawings for accuracy and compliance with standards and regulations.
• Maintain documentation of models and revisions; prepare reports on the modelling process.
• Assist design team with changes based on client feedback or design requirements.
• Occasionally support site coordination by updating models based on field conditions.
