Job summary

IAQ Group seeks a dedicated BIM engineer to create architectural, mechanical, electrical, and piping models for diverse projects in Malaysia. The role requires hands-on Revit use, adherence to BIM plans, and proactive collaboration across disciplines to maintain quality deliverables on construction sites.

Candidates should have at least 3 years in the construction industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/ HVAC/ Mechatronics/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years working experience in the construction industry with hands on experience in Autodesk Revit and related Building Information Modeling software.
• High level of integrity drives and result oriented.
• Able to prioritize and work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to multi task, working on several projects at any one time.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.

Responsibilities

• Creating Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, Mechanical Pipe, Plumbing & Sanitary, Process Pipe and/or Electrical models.
• Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
• Collaborate and coordinate internally or/ and externally with other disciplines design-changes and model changes.
• Manage BIM technology implementation and ensure quality deliverables on construction projects.
• Understand and ensure any changes in BIM Models are effectively communicated to project teams.
