Job summary

Sun Bee Engineering in Johor Bahru is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to develop and maintain detailed Building Information Models supporting design, coordination, and construction activities on-site.

You will create and update architectural and MEP models, interpret drawings, ensure accuracy to project standards, and collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to resolve issues and deliver clear documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Johor Bahru.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM tools and workflows to develop and manage coordinated models.
• Ability to read and interpret Construction Drawings for accurate modeling.
• Hands-on experience creating 3D BIM models and translating design intent into documentation.
• Knowledge of MEP systems and their BIM integration within project models.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy across project files.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed Building Information Models for design, coordination, and construction.
• Create and update architectural and MEP models; interpret construction drawings.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to resolve coordination issues.
• Prepare model-based drawings, schedules, and reports; contribute to BIM workflow improvements.
