Job summary

IAQ Energy Facility Management Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler for an on-site role in Shah Alam. The candidate will create Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, piping, plumbing and electrical BIM models and ensure alignment with BIM Execution Plan.

Requirements include a degree/diploma in MECH/HVAC/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering, at least 3 years in construction, proficiency in Autodesk Revit, strong communication skills and ability to multitask on multiple projects.

Qualifications

Degree/diploma in Mechanical/HVAC/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit and BIM software.
3+ years in the construction industry.
Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Willing to travel outstation when required.

Responsibilities

Create Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, Mechanical Pipe, Plumbing & Sanitary, Process Pipe and/or Electrical BIM models.
Ensure models align with BIM Execution Plan and project workflow criteria.
Coordinate design changes with other disciplines.
Manage BIM technology implementation and deliverables on construction projects.
Communicate BIM changes effectively to the project team.
