Job summary

BIMQP is seeking an Architectural BIM Modeler to develop and coordinate building information models in Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru. You will create accurate 3D models, prepare construction documentation, and collaborate with design teams to meet project BIM standards.

Candidates should have a Diploma/ Degree in Architecture and at least 1 year of BIM experience, with strong Revit skills and attention to detail. The role involves on-site work with onboarding at BIMQP regional offices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience as an Architectural BIM Modeler.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards and architectural modeling/documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage architectural BIM models using Revit.
• Prepare BIM models and drawings for design, construction, and as-built stages.
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and BIM teams to resolve clashes.
• Update models and drawings based on consultant and authority comments.
• Generate shop drawings, GA drawings, and schedules from BIM models.
• Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project documentation.
